As part of our Authorised Dealership with Access Accounting, our support team attend regular training courses with Access and are AAT accounts qualified (or part qualified and working towards this qualification). This is a unique selling point for us as many IT companies do not employ support staff who hold this level of qualification.
It is of the utmost importance to us that we only employ the best there is with regards to providing backup support services to our clients.
We are also backed up by Access Accountings large support department and knowledgeable product staff.
