Contract Service Manager (CSM) provides a system for maintaining support contracts for your clients and for logging service calls.
Capable of running on Microsoft SQL Server or MSDE, CSM is a scaleable solution, centralising support information within the enterprise.
CSM integrates seamlessly with Access Dimensions and Dimensions Lite, ensuring that customer and contract information are only entered once. Contract renewals can also be posted into the accounts software, allowing rapid review of expiring contracts and providing a means of automatically raising sales invoices for those contracts in the accounts software.
