The customer credit limit and aged balance information can be pulled back into Syrinx® so as to alert hire desk staff if customers have exceeded their credit limit.

Syrinx® contains the features you would expect from a hire software package, such as contract entry, contract amendments/corrections, partial off hires/exchanges, collection notes, purchasing and sales, cross hires, cash customers, customer servicing, customer relationship management, service, repairs and inspections, utilisation reporting and automated invoicing.  Invoices can be posted over to Access Dimensions at the touch of a button.

Implementing a new computerised hire system can seem to be a daunting project, but from day one Higher Concept Software start working with their customer.  In most cases existing customer data can be extracted from the current system and if not, the customer is assisted in preparing their hire fleet, sales stock and customer base into spreadsheets which are preloaded before installation.  Consequently, when Syrinx® is installed and the on-site training commences, all the relevant information is there, enabling an efficient and speedy live date.
