Choose from up to 150 conventional (paper-based) Crystal reports, covering everything from debtors and stock levels to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.  Select your favourites from a range of 150 advanced (on-screen) business intelligence summaries, and place them on your desktop for instant access.  Every report and every summary can be tailored to your precise business needs – ensuring that you spend all your time analysing valuable business information, rather than searching for it.

Multi-Period Auditing & Enquiries

Access brings greater transparency to your trading activities.  Completed transactions update your whole system (including the nominal ledger) instantly, and automatically become part of an indelible audit trail.  This trail reveals every transaction in detail, right back to its point of origin.  You can retain the full line by line detail of every transaction indefinitely, or purge selected items at your discretion. 

Two years’ accounts can be kept open at all times, allowing you to post transactions forwards and backwards from the current trading period.  Individual transactions can be traced using a wide range of facilities, including detailed reports and powerful drill-down options.  You can add notes to every transaction and reprint source documents (such as sales orders and invoices) at will.  This helps to keep your accountancy and audit fees to a minimum.
