For the second year running, Soft-Works (UK) Limited has beaten targets set by its board of directors and is on course for further growth and expansion.

Building on the success to date and recognising the importance of providing quality customer care, Soft-Works is pleased to announce the arrival of Robert Gillett to the Customer Services team.

Darren Clifton-Jones, managing director said “Rob brings a wealth of experience to our team. He has run his own businesses, including 10 years as a provider of IT equipment and accounting software and related services.  For a further 8 years he was employed as a support and implementation consultant, installing and supporting a wide range of well-known accounting software products. Over the years, Rob has built up a good technical understanding of programming and databases which, with his problem-solving skills, are an invaluable contribution to Soft-Works (UK) Limited."

On starting his new position, Rob said "I am impressed by the way Soft-Works combines the practical approach to solutions for its clients with careful planning, communication and product knowledge.  As Senior Consultant I hope to enable Soft-Works to continue expanding, whilst maintaining the excellent quality of service they have been recognised for."
