Quality Assured with Soft-Works (UK) Limited

Soft-Works (UK) Limited, were recently assessed and certified by Independent Certification in respect of their Quality Management System and found to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

This Certification, recently awarded to Soft-Works, is for the Supply and Support of Business Software Solutions.

Managing Director, Darren Clifton-Jones stated: “This is very important to our business and can only demonstrate that by introducing approved systems and procedures that all of our staff adhere to, all of our clients will receive the same high quality of service that we have been recognised for”.

Business Link adviser and mentor, John James said: “Soft-Works are here for the long term because they have a great integrity and drive about them to make their business a great success. It has been very enjoyable for me to help the three directors because although they are all very different and offer different strengths to the business, they have good synergy and are all very positive. I introduced them to ISO 9001:2000 and I am pleased that they have now received their accreditation. Commitment to the right structure will ensure that the business has all it needs to operate successfully. It is important for the directors to spend more time developing the business and now they have the appropriate systems in place, this will ensure the company can function to its usual high standards. Their strong customer focus really gives the business added value and I’m sure they will continue to go from strength to strength.”
