APR Media pride themselves as being one of the largest UK suppliers of blank media, hardware, DVD, CD and VHS duplication. They also supply carry cases, memory cards, computer storage devices, batteries, inkjet papers, replication, packaging and much more.

After implementing the Access Dimensions system, APR have now streamlined the whole process of receiving orders, picking, packing and despatch.  With these systems in place, APR decided to upgrade their system further to handle their ever growing web-based sales activity and looked at Soft-Works to assist with this change.  By introducing the WebLink application, working in conjunction with the facilities provided by the Access Transaction Broker module, all orders that are placed on their website are now automatically imported into their Access Dimensions system. This is great for APR as it removes the manual process, reduces delays and has increased their ability to fulfil demand.
