Keturah Prior

One of my main roles within our organisation is to keep the rest of the team in order!  In addition to this, I manage the daily functions of the office, handle day to day finances, account management of our clients and assist with various sales and marketing activity to improve the awareness of our Company.

If the above isn’t enough, I also have the usual stresses, strains and responsibilities that come with the position of being a Director and the Company Secretary.

Anita Hodge

An extremely important role within our organisation is providing telephone and remote support for users of our software solutions. I have the responsibility of managing our support line, five days a week, every week.

I am Access Accounts qualified and, after completing my AAT intermediate NVQ, I am now working towards completing my AAT package with payroll NVQ and, in the future, technician level. As a previous user of accounting and payroll systems within my own business, I believe that I have the necessary abilities, experience and awareness to provide support with confidence.

It has been said that I make a wicked cupper but I think the comments are made so they get a refill!

Steve Sansum

They say I’m the brain box!  This is probably because I’ve been implementing Access Accounting products for over eight years, and prior to this implemented other well known accounting and payroll solutions. I am a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) and fully Access Dimensions qualified.

Before joining the team, I had the privilege of earning my stripes with over 17 years at Francis Clark - The largest independent firm of Chartered Accountants in the South West.

Now a Director of Soft-Works (UK) Limited, I am responsible for Project Management, implementation, training and managing the Customer Services team. I also wear a second hat of Financial Director - keeping a tight reign on those finances!

One other thing…. I used to have hair before I joined here!

Robert Gillett

The newest addition to Soft-Works, I am involved in putting projects into action, working closely with our clients to achieve the smoothest possible implementations.

I've run my own business and worked for others with a number of different accounting products, supporting and implementing them in a wide variety of situations for nearly 20 years.  I've also done a large amount of data integration work and some programming - so I have had contact with people, businesses, IT and software in several different roles, either as part of a team of key people or in charge of operations.

I enjoy working 'at the coal face' on-site, but I'm just as happy doing technical work behind the scenes.  I am also fully Access Dimensions qualified.

I love being outdoors which balances well with my job - both might explain my slightly weathered looks!

Darren Clifton-Jones

The Boss! 

As well as encouraging people to part with their money, I have the privileged position of being the Managing Director.  I work closely with our entire team to ensure that we all strive to offer a quality service that is second to none!

An active part of my role is to meet with other business people who have also experienced the opportunity of starting a business from scratch and to watch it grow through lots of hard work and enthusiasm.  I am always open to new ideas and suggestions, and happy to learn from others.

The team here is key.  Without investment in them, Soft-Works (UK) Limited would not be where it is today!

P.S.  I have also been known to make the tea!
